Brief: To convert a derelict building into a garage (at ground floor level) with a games room above. Set within the curtilage of a Grade 2 Listed Building

Design: The visual appearance of the Coach House was enhanced and improved by maintaining the existing structure of the garage with the use of traditional materials, The metal roof was replaced with a new natural slate roof and conservation roof light. The existing Heavitree stone walls were maintained and repaired. At the ground floor level, the existing structural openings housed a timber folding sliding door with fixed overhead panels and at the first floor, a painted timber window was fitted in the existing half round opening.
