Brief:  To update and extend (to the rear and side) a four storey Grade 2 Listed Building.

Location: St. Leonard's Conservation area, Exeter.

​Design: The design consolidated the opportunities offered by the pre existing extensions into a well-conceived design, which respected and enhanced the nature of the listed building both aesthetically and functionally.  Alongside this, the design integrated the basement with the ground floor, optimizing the natural day lighting and regenerating its use with the use of traditional materials, render and slate used alongside contemporary materials - large sheets of glass and aluminium.
