Brief:  To  create a large open plan kitchen/ living room with direct access and views onto the garden.

Design: A single glazed conservatory previously provided the dining area to the property. This had limited use and poor physical connection to the small kitchen. The extension integrates a large area of the conservatory with the existing kitchen. The flat roof maximises the head room; a continues ceiling  links the existing and new spaces and allows the roof  to sit below the first floor windows. The cantileverd corner  provides  fantastic uninterrupted views to the beautiful  garden.The use of matching bricks with cedar panelling and an aluminium fascia allow the extension to create its own unique identity whilst sitting comfortably alongside the existing.
