Brief:  To create exetnded areas to the existing kitchen and living room.

Design: The proposed extensions were designed to create a sense of continuity with each other and the existing property. The roofs  sit below the existing window sills and have been designed with proportions and materials to match and to relate to the existing property. The design respects the privacy of the neighbours by placing no windows on these elevations. The extended areas create a bright and functional additional living/kitchen and storage areas to the property
